Deliveries
Packages are usually prepared within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of payment (subject to availability of items, excluding public holidays). The working days for us are from Tuesday to Saturday.
To this preparation time is added the indicative delivery time made by La Poste, from 2 to 5 days for France.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
The package is sent to the delivery address provided by the Customer – in the event that the address provided has not allowed the proper delivery of the order by resulting in the return of it, the additional shipment would be the responsibility of the Customer.
For France, the products will be sent by So Colissimo or LettreMax (for small accessories).
For another destination, the products will be sent via Colissimo.
The Customer will be delivered to the address registered at the time of the order.
M’Toinette cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems, loss or deterioration of packages that would be the responsibility of La Poste or Colissimo.
In case of loss or deterioration, an investigation will be requested from La Poste or Colissimo; in the case of compensation (depending on the GTC of the service provider). It will be returned to the customer in the form of a credit note or refund.
In the case of a package indicated “delivered” by Colissimo, and that the recipient would not have received, the Post Office will not recognize its responsibility. Thus, it will not grant any compensation, even if it is at fault.

* CHRONOPOST INFORMATION: orders placed before 1pm are delivered the next day to the home or relay point (D + 1). Orders placed after 1pm are delivered the day after to the home or relay point (D + 2). Orders placed on Friday after 1pm and on weekends will be delivered on Tuesday to the home or relay point. (J is the date of order).
In metropolitan France, shipping costs are free for order over 69 euros. Shipping costs adjusted according to the items in your order.
